Windshield Recalibration Problem

I am going to have a talk with AAA.

I had AAA replace mine not long ago, just had to pay our $250 deductible and the guy drove around for an hour until the cal was done. I had the dealer replace a defective leaking rear window last month and their glass company claims no calibration is needed for front windshield and they are doing dealer replacements.
