Looking for an extra Oracle tail light pigtail like the type they sold with their bumper mounted gigalumen backup lights.

You can buy them direct from Oracle for about $30. 4WD Parts and Extreme Terrain have them or a couple bucks less.

Ah, I thought they were only sold with the backup lights.
I got mine as an option with the lights (added cost, of course)
I'll look into that, thanks.
