Relocated the KC HiLiTES Pro6 lights (https://rebeloffroad.com/kc-hilites-gravity-led-pro6-single-pair-pack-system/) from the A-Pillar down to the bumper. We're using the Poison Spyder Fairlead Light Mount (https://rebeloffroad.com/poison-spyder-hawse-fairlead-light-mount/) behind the Warn Epic 1" Fairlead (https://rebeloffroad.com/100655/).

As this vehicle will be behind another Gladiator at times on dusty roads, we wanted to keep the lights down on the bumper to keep any visual obstruction to a minimum.

We'll be using these rack mounts from Front Runner to attach some new cases from Pelican. We'll be posting some photos of those up very soon. We have one more case to attach on the drive side. We'll be using these to store some of the bigger items like sleeping bags, pillows and some bulky food items.

We've mounted up the weboost Drive 4G-X OTR using a Rhino Rack Aerial mount and a modified version of our flat carrier plate. This gives the antenna base way more stability and peace of mind for use on rough unpaved roads. We still need to wire it into the cabin but we'll have those photos posted up as soon as its finished.

We cleared off the passenger side of the exterior of the rack so that we could run a new setup that included two Pelican cases, 1 for medical supplies and the other for water filtration. In the middle we're running a Powertank propane mount which is being used to power one of the Jetboil Genesis Basecamps..

Happy to mount up our new bottle opener made of stainless steel. We'll be selling these in both the raw and black powder coated versions allowing you to customize it however you want. These will be up on www.rebeloffroad.com in the next few days.

Repainted the propane tann
Just did Engineer Pass towing our trailer. Highly recommend it! Great place to camp at animas just below the parking lot as you come in from Silverton. Have to zoom in to see it. Cinnamon is nice too. Did that without the trailer

Can you recommend a good spot to park a trailer in Silverton when we do Black Bear Pass. One of our party members is bringing a Patriot Trailer.

No update?
We got back Friday Morning pretty late. Since we spent most of our time off road we had service very infrequently. When we did reach usable service we did our best to push out photos to our social channels so everyone could get updates.

All our photos are finished so we'll begin posting here in the thread this week to fill you guys in on our epic adventure.

I can't wait to check out the adventure.

It sounds like the phone booster system didn't solve the problem. Unfortunate- I was thinking about installing one on my rig. Then again, considering the areas you were at, I would assume that you needed a signal in the first place to "boost".

That was the hard part. Most of the 80% off roading that we did was very remote even for California Standards (out in the deserts). The other factor we believe was that the infrastructure for some of these states, Montana, Wyoming and parts of Norther Colorado just didn't have towers up/or they were dated. Even when we did get LTE it was pretty much unusable. Normal social feeds didn't work. Text messages had to go through as sms and Facetime was some scifi technology yet to be invented.

We did turn it on at one of our camp spots off Imogene near the large waterfall. We went from 100% zero service to full signal which allowed us all to make calls home to our wives. We can from experience say that the booster when used in a situation that has no service can boost to the ability to send texts and make calls. It will need a usable tower network near by that can be accessed. We were actually really impressed we got service in that valley sandwiched between three large mountains, 40 mins from downtown Ouray.

From a safety standpoint, its a no brainer. I do believe though if you're going to be remote for long periods of time it's still worth looking into a sat phone (we also had this as a backup). I believe it takes some research to see where you'll be traveling and what's the near by networks build out. Using the Gaia Mobile Service layers can for sure help with making those decisions.

We arrived late at our camp spot just west of Silverton. Clear Lake is beautiful spot located at 12,000 ft. We met up with Ray from Exploration Outfitters that evening and called it early so we could wake up and get on the road to Black Bear Pass and Imogene. When we rolled in that evening we didn't realize we had camped on edge of such a beautiful lake. The next morning we headed back down the trail get some epic wheeling in.
