Yakima Overhaul HD base dimensions

Can anyone tell me the dimensions for the bases of the Yakima Overhaul HD rack? I'm thinking of making an adapter to put the Overhaul on Voodoo VRS Rails. It could be as easy as some angle iron, but I'd like to get an idea of the length and width of the base without any of the tonneau kits or anything one them.

They are approx. 15.25x4.75 without the rubber base. With the rubber, they are 16.5x4.5. Hope this helps.
