My jeep was delivered new with a damaged door panel. Last week I finally had it replaced under warranty.

Now I have a rattle that happens when I hit hard bumps. I'm thinking I'm better at troubleshooting this than a dealer monkey, since he'll spend 3 minutes on it and put the dreaded "Could Not Duplicate" on the repair order.

So. How easy is it to remove teh door panel? Any tricks that anyone can offer?

Thanks.

I hate interior work. I always feel like I'm going to break something.

oh. cool thanks.
I am willing to bet they broke one of the plastic clips that holds the interior door skin in place. Quick check will be if one of the is missing. Unfortunately, it may be hard to get the little piece out unless you see it right away. I would go to Harbor Freight and by a cheap extending inspection mirror to help with the search.

I just watched the video.

Since it was a new panel, the clips should all be good. But who knows. I'll take a look. Either way, that video gives me all I need to know. Thank you!!!
