it went up after you ordered??

or you mean Gupton is price locked?
Poorly written on my part, Gupton price locks, I failed to order prior to the price increase (missed it by 2 days).

Also guys, if you expect your truck in 90 days or less.......I would try and lock in financing and your APR now........the rates are going to continue on an upward path.

NavyFed offers a 90 lock......I'm sure most Credit Unions will.

Man I’m getting conflicting stories on this when I actually called and talk to them today though the answer was yes it’s a 90 day lock and then when you read the promissory letter you’ll see

“payments to be made starting approximately 30 days after the preapproved loan draft is paid by Navy Federal. Interest begins to accrue on your permanent loan as of the date the draft is paid by Navy Federal. Should Navy Federal's Board of Directors increase or decrease the interest rate for this type of loan prior to the date the draft below is paid by Navy Federal, your permanent financing will be issued at the interest rate in effect on the date the draft is paid and may be based on an evaluation of your credit history. Interest rates are determined at the sole discretion of Navy Federal's Board of Directors. “

soooo I’m not so sure it’s a 90 day rate lock, the check is good for 90 days though.

Damn fine print.

But how can they logically charge you if the check or funds haven't been cashed?

Now if I can deposit the funds into my account ahead of time, sure I can go along with that.

*********** Update*********** WERID……… both jeep trackers show my Jeep was built on September 30 and it has been sitting at Jeep for 17 days as of today………….. zero movement on either tracker………………. My dealer contacted me today and said it’s in the state next-door (Utah to Idaho) so I’m speculating it will be there in a week or 2……… and again both Jeep trackers show zero movement as of today.

So my understanding of what they’re saying there is that if your rate on the day you apply for your loan is 2.75 great, but then say 75 days go by before you finally get your vehicle. When they actually pay for the vehicle That’s when everything starts and that’s when you actually get your interest rate, if it’s still 2.75 great you’re good to go but if it’s a situation like all this stuff going on now and it’s 5.5 or whatever well then that’s your actual interest rate on your loan. It’s not like buying a house and locking in. But so far three people at Navy Federal have told me I’m locked in for 90 days at that rate. Only one and my letter have told me that’s not quite the case so for me I’m sure that it will be the higher interest rate because that’s just how stuff works.

I have seen people reporting that happening to their orders. Trackers will skip the shipping status and go straight to delivered. Mine has been stuck in built status for over a week now. Hopefully, mine has already been shipped and just not updated on the tracker.

I’m guessing jeeptracker is spot on?

When I placed my order I had to make a change within two days of ordering. Gupton told me they were able to make the change with their rep. I’m not seeing the changes reflected on jeeptracker.

I think our Gladiators have been shipped. My dealer sent me some screen shots of their status pages and it shows my Gladiator was trucked to the Belvedere Assembly plant in Illinois and then put on a rail car for Mira Loma, Ca on October 11th at 10:50PM. It does not show a ramp ETA for Mira Loma however. So, it could actually be moving, or it could be sitting there waiting for more rail cars with California bound product. If I recall correctly we both have November 26th estimated arrival dates.
