If you haven't seen the Icon Rebound PRO wheels yet, they are are worth taking a look at. Instead of a traditional beadlock ring, they are using chromoly pins to lock the tire bead against the wheel lip. They retain your tire bead as good as any traditional style beadlock, BUT they are DOT - Street legal and they are quite a bit lighter than any traditional beadlock.

I think what I need is close to a zero offset. @Northridge4x4, can you help with my math?

I am currently running stock rubicon 7.5” width wheels with 1.75” spidertrax spacers. My tires are 37x12.5x17 Mickey Thomson Baja Boss AT’s. I currently have zero rub at full steering lock, so don’t want to choose the wrong wheel width and offset and end up with any rubbing. Thanks. If I get free wheels today, I’ll live with the rub.

Those stock wheels have a +44 (5.98" backspace).

The Icons have a -6mm (4.50" backspace).

Running the Icons with the wide track axles in the Rubicon, you shouldn't need to run any spacers and be fine with 37"s.
