I used it in my 2021 JT, and was pretty happy with it.
I upgraded to a newer version, only to discover that there is no difference in the hardware, and software upgrades are free!

Did you see any improvements or changes in the newer version? Curious as I’ve been happy with mine (same one you have) and now my wife is interested in one for her Durango.

I had some issues with both this one and the version 2 (they’re now up to version 4!)
Turns out most of my problems were with the phone, as the Carlinkit is pretty solid with my new iPhone.

I am having issues with the Carlinkit 4 I installed. It keeps freezing or dropping out every trip. It's a pain.

I'm running a version 2. With my previous iPhone X, it was pretty well behaved, with an occasional drop-out or freeze. With my current iPhone 14, it's been rock solid.
