When/what order is the bed liner sprayed at factory?

Does anyone know when/what order the bed liner is sprayed/applied at factory? Last after complete assembly or in a paint stage?

After complete assembly. I actually have the exact date and time mine was in the various stages and it's after assembly for sure. Proof sent to me from a factory employee. I just missed getting pics of it on the line.
They track these things to the second as to where they go, and when they get back.
Anyway, it's one of the very last things after it comes off the line - fully assembled.

I suspect that's what's holding up shipping then... waiting for more to get done to batch spray..
1st JTM was delivered to dealer "on lot" within 6-8 days of production completion (Toledo to Milwaukee area) And From start of production to completion was 4 days.
My 2nd JTM (re-order) has been in production for 16 days now.. No production line anywhere is gonna let a vehicle sit on it for even 4 days.. I hear they are built in 2 days max.
Wondering what other options could be holding up delivery.. I'm sure the hard top headliner is applied well before hardtop even goes on.

They install the bed cover on the line in production but it goes to a different building for the bed liner, etc. -

So, the headliner, bedliner, sill plates - goes to Argus.
Hard top headliner is not installed with the hard top - that's later.
Tonneau cover is installed on the line like at/near end of the line.

They track these as far as to/from down to the second. Every single stage is logged so they know where a truck/Jeep should be down to the second.

Wish the order tracking was connected to this detailed logging status. I had the headliner in first order and the was a ridiculously fast turnaround. Stars not aligning on this one!

Do you mean arrival date In my post?
Dealer said it’s been out of production for over 8 days now.. he has the more accurate info. Yet I’m wondering why it’s sitting in purgatory

I wonder what happens if they find a flaw or fault - how long do remedies take, and where do they take it?

Mine was a "clean build" but what if something wasn't right?

This is an image of a message sent to me from someone on the inside -

Apparently it means it passed inspection first time through and there were no faults, or only minor faults. In the case of my 2022 - one clip and one bolt were replaced.
