I encountered this issue before when the vehicle was stock and again after trying it for a second time.
I was switched into 4h went over top of a small hill as a test, stopped and switched back to 2 wheel but my transmission was spinning in neutral but the shifter was in gear.
I switched back to 4h and it showed 4 wheel on my dash, still spinning in neutral- switched back to 2 wheel and the dash confirmed but still spinning in neutral.
After going through the phases of switching back and fourth eventually put it in park turned off and back on then it magically wanted to go back into drive.
Strange thing was it was really winding out in 2 wheel and not wanting to automatically shift beyond 5th gear without manually doing it.
I went home and tested it out shifting between modes without issue- took it for a test drive and it was back to shifting normal.
Is this an issue that anyone else is seeing or am I doing something wrong?
The strange thing about this situation is that the shifting neutral issue occurred both times after a very small drop- a curb lol.
Should I be driving it further before shifting back into 2 wheel?
