I was looking at the AEV and some of the other Mopar options.Lots of wheel information out there using the search function, but for the sake of this thread check out AEV wheels. They, in my opinion, have just the right amount of offset at +25. I believe method wheels also makes a few variants with that offset as well. It'll brings your wheels slightly further out (stock is +44) but not poke out much past the fender.
Maybe, adding the AEV spacer lift with the Mopar kit will be the right option. You could also try spacing out the steering stop bolts with a washer. You lose a little turning radius, but my get you by and let you evaluate your options.
+1 on the curiosity with regards to rubbing while flexing.
Going through this on mine right now. Stock rubicon wheels and 38s with 1 1/4" wheel spacers, two washers under steering stop each side. Getting slightest rub on clayton arms. I just got my aev jk borha wheels which as the best I can tell should get me really close to the same back spacing as the factory rubicon wheel with the 1 1/4 spacers.Maybe, adding the AEV spacer lift with the Mopar kit will be the right option.

What about the after market Mopar wheels?I have the same stock wheels with 35x12.50 ridge grapplers and had to run spacers. I'm upgrading to a Clayton 3.5' Overland Plus kit and bought a set of older AEV borah wheels that were for JKs with the +4mm offset. I've seen videos with those wheels running same 37" tire specs and you won't rub on turn or flexing. The new AEV wheels are made exclusively for JLs and JT with a +25mm offset.
