The spring pads on my gladiator are different. One black, one grey. I purchased the rockkrawler pads in anticipation of getting longer front springs but I haven’t don’t that yet.

will I be ok installing them with the stock springs and spacer kit? The current mismatch is bothering my brain.

And this is why I like Synergy springs with FLAT BOTTOMS.

Anyway, the different spring pads must have come with the 21 model year as in 20 they were identical - both black. My 22 has a gray one.
It bothered me so much I swapped springs so I'd not have to look at the different spring pads.

Well my gladiator was previously owned. The PO had 1” teraflex spacers installed but the top rubber isolators were missing. Neither front spring has a tag with a part number. I’m just trying to get my suspension to be “normal”.

My gladiator was previously owned so I’m trying to figure out and correct whatever the PO did

Well, if you have the two different color bottom spring supports, you likely have the correct ones.

These are from my 2022 -
