Not on Billie bars, but previously had the 95L mounted to a set of Front runner bars on my Diamond back cover. I loved it. Planning to find a way to remount to a rack above the rear hard top section eventually.

It’s the Agricover Literider. I haven’t gotten it all the way waterproof after putting on the BillieBars, but there’s only a little water after a big rain.
