It’s been some time since I’ve added to my Sky Walker build, will have to post all that’s been done since 4/2019.
Adam from GOAT Fabrication has designed a bunch of products for the Bronco, Rivian, JL and now the JT! He was the previous and original owner of ACE who had amazing products, a few I still showcase on my build that includes a custom reinforced bumper to flat tow the jeep.
But I’m replacing the sliders from ACE (that saved my ass a few times) and he is marking up the sliders prototype for the JT today. Can’t wait to get them on and hit the trails. They will have few options and he sent pictures over as the work has started so I wanted to share!
The first three are the rock sliders with the top plate.
Second three are sliders without.
Final pics are the step sliders that are flat with the top plate.
Improvements over the original ones: improved strength, top plate option and a real Lifetime Warranty (not the BS ones so many offer until there is a problem). I’m going with the rock sliders with a top plate. My previous ones could be tricky in wet weather getting in and out. So that plate is a welcome option for me. Link below:
