I like the look of these, but can't find good photos from different angles. I'd like to see how far the lower tube is compared to the frame rail.

Installed one side last night. I'll see how far down they come when I install the other side tonight. You're going to need a breaker bar to take out 2 of the 3 bolts b/c the factory used blue loctite.

I see you have to take off factory rock-rails from Mojave to get this installed. Looks good!

They look heavy, how much would you estimate they weigh

Yep. Have to take them off. Not sure I like the unobstructed view of the sheet metal behind the front seats' runners but 🤷‍♂️

Edit: they also extend down to the height of the frame rail. Like, within centimeters.

They're the heaviest. 75# each easy. At least. I had to get creative bolting them on by myself.

Wow, i was thinking more in the 45-50 lb range. If they are stout then its worth it, protection in the outback is key

The front step appears to be some amount lower then the rear step. If correct, does it seem worthwhile for them to have made the platforms at two different levels Or would you have preferred the platforms at the same level?

That's the exact reason I got them, actually. I like the differently elevated look (and have 2 small boys who need that extra height to get in/out of the rear seats).
