Monthly Fee being charged?

Just noticed I have a $11.42 charge on the 6th of every month from Northridge4x4. Trying to figure out what that is for. It’s not listed anywhere on my order history on the site. I called customer service and the rep I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about.

Is there a fee for the rewards program? Anyone else seeing this?

that is very odd. We do not have a subscription based anything. Quick call to us will allow us to investigate this and find out what is going on. I have never had a customer report this nor would I know even how to charge a customer a monthly fee.

Always around the same time. I called just about an hour ago and they had no clue either.

I called my bank and they said it doesn’t come across as fraud as regular purchases I have made on the site look the same. But this is weird as it’s the same amount and always around the same time of the month.

No, I just use the same credit card that I use for most online purchases.

They do Affirm...not sure if you can tie a debit card in to pay Affirm? You would have remembered doing that though...

Have you Contacted NorthRidge4x4 yet?
Wonder if some how hackers are involved, I'm not sure, I had an issue with my kids college apartment. No one could figure it out. Easy fix, contact all parties, cancel card. Done, no more fees.

Update is that my bank determined it as fraudulent after some pressing on my end. Refund on the way from them and getting a new credit card.

I will continue to support Northridge4x4 with my business.

I hate thieves. Glad you caught it. Surprised that they didnt hit you hard after the first small amount went through.
