This coverage is for unlimited miles and the same year term as the extended warranty you purchase (i.e. 7 year extended warranty coverage and multi-care coverage).

How much is a key replacement with programming and are aftermarket tires and wheels covered?

Key replacement just depends on the fob and key that you want. If you want the full on fob plus the key in it, it can be hundreds of dollars. Programming is way cheaper. Aftermarket wheel and tires are not covered
