I’m a new Gladiator owner and considering adding a couple of drawers and frig slider to my build. I’m considering something like this for my build

Anyone have these installed?
Can anyone offer pros/cons vs wood variations ( SHW/Goosegear/etc)?
- I think weight comparisons are favorable.
- I curious about noises/rattling since drawers are metal.
I will have these mounted under a Smartcap.

I am curious about this as well.
I ended up installing them and have no regrets. Some considerations :
1) you need to drill through your truck bed for mounting. If I remember 24 holes +-
2) not a real easy installation , but I did it by myself.
3) somewhat permanent … I would think it would be a pain to remove on a temporary basis. Of course you can remove slides and drawers fairly easy but the main floor frame would be very hard for a temporary removal.
4) I don’t notice any rattling noise. I do have the drawers lined with a thin foam pad.
5) very heavy duty slides that slide well!

Looks great! Love the setup!
Thanks for the response. I have been looking at the AAL drawers and slide (along with their LBE) and been looking for some more info/feedback. They are spendy and the installation process is not the easiest, but they look very well built and high quality. This helps, thanks!

I might add that today I installed a smartcap full bin on the driver side. Very tight fit on my Iceco pro frig when sliding. Like real tight +- 1/16”!!! I hope the din doesn’t sag … I have it really tight bolted but you know how things move when off-roading.. 😝

Great gear for a purpose built rig.......not for a DD and homeowner that wants to use the bed as such

A fridge in a daily driver is awesome, stop get some groceries, then go out to eat , take dogs for a walk , or head to the beach. I still can use half my bed and am amazed what fits, have never taken fridge out.
I raised the ARB fridge so I could store stuff under it but your slide and full cabinet really make great use of the space . And we both know RSI caps are an awesome mod! Really nice setup great job, 1/16” is tight though but see how it works I guess you could elongate them holes in bin to raise it perhaps 1/8”…..Jack
