My Jeep Beach Edition Gladiator (Gladiator #2)

So I let my Gator go a while back and I missed it tremendously. The 2024 discounts were too good to pass up. I'm a baseball and basketball coach and I use my Gladiators as coach's trucks - not so much for wheeling (although we occasionally go off road). I stumbled on this loaded Jeep Beach edition. Only 250 Jeep Beach JTs were made for 2024. It's basically a loaded Willys with Katzkin leather, a Sunrider roof, and decals.

I had the dealer take the "Jeep Beach" decals off the hood and tailgate as I am having Don @pixeldecals make "BEACH" hood lettering to mimic the MOJAVE colors. I plan on new wheels ASAP as well as several tweaks. The wife and kids are already complaining about not having my Gator's sidesteps, so I'll have to swap them out.

Loving being back in the saddle again...

I do too. I know a lot of owners prefer cloth, but honestly with the amount of dirt that comes with being a coach, the leather is much easier to wipe down.

I hated not having a Jeep in our driveway. Our 2020 lease was up and our Sport S didn't have all of the options that I wanted; plus it didn't make sense to spend $35K (buyoff) on a Sport S while interest rates were 9%. I'm glad I waited. This new loaded Jeep Beach was $44,008 + TTL after discounts. No brainer.

Perfect for driving over sunny beaches.

We cruise around a lot in our vehicles. While we do have wildfires and ridiculous taxes, driving along Pacific Coast Highway in a top-down Jeep is tough to beat. My kids have been clamoring for a Jeep ever since the first one left.

And tonight we got our first duck! I never got one the entire time with our first JT and our Beach got one within 5 days. My kids (and especially my wife) went nuts. Ha.

We parked next to a Willys JT at a local restaurant and saw he had a ton of ducks lined up on his dash. Fingers crossed that he was going to send one our way. We walked out and he did

The decals are still on the way, but I just got the Beach some new shoes. Fuel Rebels in matte black. As I mentioned, I'm an active Dad / volunteer coach who uses his JT as more of a truck than an off-roader. Love this thing...

Thank you. I too love the Anvil with the black. I wanted Anvil (after first seeing it in person) and was super lucky to find a discounted '24 Jeep Beach in that color.

I take my elderly father to his doctor's appointments and there's no way he'd be able to get in the Gladiator if it was lifted. I have yet to take him to an appointment even as it sits today and TBH I'm nervous that he won't be able to get in. I joke that once he passes (hopefully many years from now), I'm lifting it.

The Jeep Beach is a hidden gem. Only 250 Gladiators made as Jeep Beaches. It's basically a loaded Willys with Katzkin leather, Sunrider top, and decals. The Katzkins and Sunrider alone are about $3K. It basically has everything my first JT didn't, save for a decent sound system. I'm working on the speakers and adding a sub.

Here's the full option list...I think all of this for $44K + TTL was a steal...

That's a nice option package for the money.

When we bought our JLUR the color matched hard top and fenders was over $3k alone and LED light group was $1500

I had the originals removed at the dealer before I even drove the truck off the lot, but here is a stock photo of the "before" decal (which was yellow and orange)...

Does the Beach come with blind spot monitoring? Doesn't appear to with no available Active Safety Group, but it does have the same taillights with the sensors already in them (at least it seems). Strange you can get it on a Willys but not on a Beach...which is a Willys.

Yeah the Jeep Beach edition is indeed a weird Frankenstein model. I has LED taillights but none of the Active Safety Group features (no blind spot). It has about half of the Convenience Group options. The window sticker actually says it's a Sport S 4x4 with the Jeep Beach package. Yet as we all know, in looking at the packaging, it's mostly a Willys. Yet it has things a Willys doesn't have like a painted roof. Any way you slice it, I love it. It has everything my family wants and needs.

@pixeldecals is the best. He did my vinyl and it made a world of difference on my Mojave. Tried going with a beach theme on mine. I really like the ways yours looks. Got an oil change a few weeks ago and they had that same color beach edition…it was tempting!
