How do you like the armor lite flooring? Is there an actual noise reduction in the cab with it installed? Looks nice I also like the idea of using a hose to wash out floor.
so far I love it. I've heard about noise reduction and that may be the case. But for me that was never a complaint nor is it one of the factors I purchased for. But if I had to comment I'd say that it probably has made a difference subconsciously.

I just mainly like the durability and clean look. Although I had the Mopar slush mats before, you'd still have to be careful of fully spraying it out because of the carpet. Now it going to be much easier.

install wasn't terrible either. Did a quick overview on my YT channel

How was the install?
Not bad at all. More tedious than anything removing a few trim panels and prep work for actual installation.

As far as the installation, there's an area on both front floorboards that come up to were the bottom of the dash meets the center console, that's a little tight which makes it hard to snap the stud on the rivet for that spot. But you've just got to play with it a bit and it'll get on. Overall not bad.

I will never install Armorlite again. I broke two trim pieces on my JT. On my JL, I scratched the seat and then the seat scratched my door sill.

1 time I had accidentally had a bunch of clay dust in the floor and then it rained and it got wet made a big bunch of mud. I just popped the floor plug took nozzle off the garden hose and washed the floor out . Used Microfiber towels to mop the carpet afterwards then placed a fan in there . Dried it out really well. And it was clean. Jeep says you can wash that carpet . And its true. Its more like indoor outdoor type in a way.

Doesn't sound like an Armorlite issue more than a user one. I had zero problems breaking anything or scratching the seats. The Instructions call for you to tape the side seat shields anyways. I did as a precaution but could have not done so and been fine. I'm always careful with my stuff and take my time.

Why would the seats have to come clear out ? Why not just undo the bots then rock forwards and backwards?

I never said they did. I did just as you mentioned....unbolted mine and leaned them up and back as needed as shown in my video. I've seen other remove them along with their doors just to have extra room. But it's a bit overkill

I was just mentioning to the other poster that complained about scratching his, when I had no issues even if I hadn't taped the sides like the instructions call for.

I blame it on the shitty Jeep plastic. I've never made an error installing mods. I wasn't aware that patience and reading would be necessary.

I snagged an OVS Bundu 4 person Clamshell RTT, at the last minute. It was already on sale, got 10% off when added to the cart, then I managed to stacked a coupon code for an additional 15% off. Winning. RTTs are grossly over priced to pay full price on them.
