High Tide tire swap/new tires

got my Gladiator High Tide back in October. Came with Freestone destinations. Just under 5000 miles now and while great in the Michigan weather, I need more of an AT tire. Most of my driving is highway and commute roads.
looking to purchase new tires or looking for take offs.
current size is 255/75/17.
what take offs can I use without speedo issues or recalibration. Would like to swap out for winter and spring, summer, fall use., keep the Firestones for winter only.

Those M/Ts are definitely not good winter tires. You kinda have that backwards. You can go up to a 285/70/17 without rubbing when turning or flexed out. with stock back spacing. Your speedometer shouldn’t really be affected much at all. I have 18s, but I went from a 255/70/18 to a 285/70/18 and my tires are 2 mph off at 80 mph. Not enough that I’m worried about fixing it.

Maybe it’s the way I drive but I have the same tires on my Willys and I was expecting them to be horrible in the winter but they have been great this winter. And we have had some pretty big storms this year and ice in NE Ohio.

Gladiators are amazing in the snow. You’ll be blown away with some tires that are decent in the snow.
