High Tide in Louisiana

Last week, I picked up a new 2025 Gladiator and have already put it to work on some wooded trails to mark some property. It has the High Tide package and came with leather seats, running boards, and a spray-in bedliner that has a matte finish I really like. I went to the dealership expecting to get the Granite Crystal color, but the more I saw Mojito green in person, the more I liked it. I'm hoping to have it for a long time. It's the first truck I've owned in about twelve years.

I'll update this list below as I add new modifications.

Searchers 4x4 in French Settlement does a lot of stuff - custom metal fab was one of them, but I'm not sure how much time he has for it now. Good guy / good shop either way. He did ball joints and axle seals on my 2016 JK once upon a time and I bought some other odd and ends from him as well.

Side note, every time I see a High Tide I think of last year's Allstate commercial with the Alabama players getting off the bus and a guy in the crowd yells "High tide guys! High tide!"

Mine came with BFGoodrich 32s (LT255/75R17C mud–terrain). I'd like to bump it up to 35s with a leveling kit, but I need to find out if I have to change the gears or do a special offset. I like the stock rims and would like to keep them.

I think the Wrangler High Tide does. The Gladiator does not, unless the dealer does some on-site customization.

My legs have been getting sprayed with water every time I’ve gone through a touchless car wash. That seems to be fairly common, but I installed the Jeep Leak Fix kit (body-side weatherstripping) tonight to take care of it.

You can see the difference with it installed on the driver’s side compared to the passenger’s side without it. It’s not fancy, but it should do the job.

Just to let you know, especially since I'm from LALALand (originally), get the Armorlite. Completely worth it. Even after having to spend 14 hours of my life, upside down in the floor, feet on the garage wall pushing it into place, millimeter by millimeter.

Does the leak kit help with wind noise or will I need the armoire to help with that?

Both will help with wind noise. I was actually shocked at how much wind noise the Armorlite stopped. And the JeepLeakFixed set for the Gladiator completely stopped all the leaks AND quieted it down even more. The owner of JeepLeakFixed even helped me out over the phone, personally, about how to go about installing it, and wanted feedback on how it worked with our snow, ice and rain up here in Alaska, so he could fine tune the setup.

Both add-ons are worth the money.
