Why do you need 3x 12v sockets? What accessories are you planning to plug in at once? I wouldn't feel comfortable using this device with or without factory AUX switches. Consider Blue Sea for high quality, trusted accessory switch panels. No need to double up switches. Use appropriate wire gauge, fuse and ground.

Keep them separated. The fuses are rated for the equipment they are protecting. If you draw more than 15 amps with your socket bank, the magic smoke might escape. Not saying it will, but I would err on the side of caution, especially if it's an inexpensive Chinese product.
If you need more juice, put another bank on a separate fused circuit.

ETA: I personally wouldn't draw more than 15 thru any of those style sockets. If that much is needed, I would switch to a totally different connection. Something rated for the current draw expected, plus 10% for cushion.

ETA #2: After re-reading your post, you may have been asking about connecting them in series, ie. the aux wire (fused at whatever) feeding the bank wire(fused at 15A)? If so, that's OK as the limit for the entire run will be 15A (the lowest rated fuse in the chain).
Connecting them in parallel is NOT OK. (Multiple runs with separate fuses feeding one common load)
Thank you for the thorough response. Yes I was talking about connecting them in series. I should have been more clear when I posted earlier on.

I figured the limit would be the lowest rated fuse, which could be 15 Amps if I go with AUX switches #3 or #4.

Otherwise somebody else mentioned I could wire it in to the spare ACC wire which is fused with a 10 Amps fuse. That way it would only come on with the ignition anyway, but would be fused lower than the 15 Amps inline fuse.

I doubt I’d ever have all the sockets in use. But right now I use the OEM dash 12V socket for phone charging.

That leaves me nowhere to plug in my Midland radio when I want to use that. (Not so keen on hardwiring that in as I like being able to take it in and out with me.)

Sometimes I have a GPS unit and/or dash camera I use to record certain trips as well. So an additional 12V socket or two seems handy.

What type of phone do you have? Does your phone's charging cable fit directly into any of the available USB slots in the dash or center console? I'm way behind the times with my iPhone 13 Pro, but I can still charge it through a USB-C cable connected to the dash or in the center console. That frees up your 12v socket. Try searching available USB cables compatible with your phone model.

Just ordered a few of these to try out that are hopefully better than Wally World specials. They’re on a slow boat from China though so it’ll be a bit before I can review them. They’re look super beefy though. I hate the low lifespan of usb cables.

The factory USB slots in my JT are not high power / fast charging, the USB adaptor I plug in to my 12V socket is. It has retractable USB C cables in it, one which goes in to my Tackform MagSafe Charger.
