I’m considering thus swap. Anyone have pics of their overland with these tires and rims? Just the normal grey ones.

@ShadowsPapa put them on his Hydro Blue I believe.
Yeah, sorry, been down with what has been confirmed as "flu" the last week and a half. UGH. HATE IT. Sleeping days away, haven't even been working in my shop, getting nothing at all done but lazing around in the house with tons of OTC drugs.
Anyway, bought a set of 4 JT Rubicon wheels and tires (the stock JTR Falken A/Ts) and haven't been out to take better pics since it stopped snowing and icing here.
Mine is an Overland.
I still like the stock Overland wheels a lot as far as "looks" but these are fine and grew on me. I think they deal with snow a bit better, walked up my neighbor's snowy driveway fine without 4 wheel drive (have to use his drive to get out of the parking spot by my shop)

The tires and wheels IN the truck are the stock ones from my truck - hadn't unloaded them yet at the time of some of the pictures.
No real difference in sound, handling, etc. MAYBE a touch difference in ride, MAYBE a tiny bit? Different, not worse or better, just different, maybe.

For the record:

Overland + Rubicon take-offs + 35/70/17 -> no rub

Overland + same said Rubicon take-offs + 37/12.50/17 -> rubbing at full turn on control arm. Rears fine. Otherwise, drives great.

I assume when we talk "Rubicon take-offs" we are talking tires and wheels from a Rubicon, not tires bought at a tire store, etc. that were are not Rubicon factory equipment. 35" and 37" are not "Rubicon take-offs".

I will restate because I wasn’t clear.

Overland + Rubicon take-off wheels + 35/70/17 BfG KO2 aftermarket tires -> no rub

Overland + same said Rubicon take-off wheels + 37/12.50/17 Milestar Patagonia aftermarket tires -> rubbing at full turn on control arm. Rears fine. Otherwise, drives great.

Glad I found this... I've been worried about 35s and rubbing with our narrower Dana 44s than what the Max tow and Rubicons have.

That was my concern as well. I am thinking of going with the Kenda 35x10.50 tires.

For you guys who just swapped wheels & tires without the lift, did it change the ride much? For a while my overland will be my daily driver and I have about 60 miles round trip a day of highway driving, so trying not to kill the mileage or the comfort until I have something for commuting.
