I'm trying to think of the best way to answer your question, basically the main benefit of an adjustable track bar is to properly be able to set your track, and therefor center your axle which in turn makes sure all of your other suspension components are properly aligned. When your track is off even slightly, all of your tires, control arms etc. are off that much as well which leads to faster wear and tear especially on your bushings which will always be sitting incorrectly due to misalignment. While I can't say for sure this is what's causing your steering wheel vibration issue, it's definitely possible that its a contributing factor being that your wheels are being pulled to the side slightly.
