Finished my winch install today. Smittybilt XRC Gen 3 9500 lb, ATP winch plate, Warn Power Interrupt Switch wired into my aux switch. Hard to see in the light the XRC has a running light that I wired into the same aux switch as the Interrupt switch.

I took the top off since the weather is gorgeous, my rain gear cover arrived, and it’s not supposed to rain for days. I also tightened my steering box bolts. My steering was starting to get loose again after my steering box replacement. I’ve read so much about the bolts coming loose that I checked them. One was really loose and the others were all under torque spec. I’m back to tight steering again.

No concerns hanging the doors from the window track? I am on the fence trying to find the best way to store my doors. I have no floor space so they need to hang, either my the window frame, window track (like yours) or by the hinges. I've done exhaustive research and there in zero consensus on which is best or which could cause damage long term. All I know is that my wife is about to lose her mind about mine leaning up against the furniture in the guest bedroom!

I've seen it....just can't remember where, but somebody makes the actual hinge pieces out there that just mount to a wall, and the door get hung by the hinges like they're supposed to

You DO know there is a TSB out on the Jeep Gladiator steering now....all repairs (new steering gear, computer "flash", new mounting bolts are included, I beleive) are covered under warranty !

Thank you. I am aware. Mine was replaced. And it is good. As long as the bolts stay tight LOL

I am interested in the reprogramming and will mention it when I bring it In for my next free oil change.

it’s not the new style box but it seems fine. Way better than my original one

Today I installed some SpiderTrax 1.75 spacers. Had some rub at full lock with the 35's on the stock wheels with no lift. This is just a band aid until I lift it next spring, add aftermarket wheels, and 37's.

I removed my damaged rear bumper from a hit and run last month and put on a magnum bumper. I couldn't get a drop off date with my auto body guy for 3 weeks so i figured I'd just put this on now ( even though they will take it off again ) since I can't open my tailgate from the damage to transport it. I'm kinda confused on the license plate light bracket as its no plug and play..I also noticed when mounting the magnum bumper that the class 3 hitch receiver was slightly bent from the impact of the accident. I couldn't get the the bottom bolt on passenger side totally flush like the rest because of the bend. I'm gonna definitely tell the autobody guy cus that wasn't added to my estimate.
