I need help Swapped out 5” Stereo for the factory 7”

Hi all, I swapped out my 5” stereo for a factory 7” stereo. I bought a factory center stack thinking I could just plug it in and have the volume and AC controls but I’m only getting volume controls. What more do I need too do to get the AC controls too work?

If you swapped out both the radio and the HVAC controls, you’ll need a programmer like a Tazer to get the HVAC controls to function mostly correctly (auto-temp and dual zones don’t work fully).

You need to program the BCM to show that you have that module now, Tazer or Jscan should work. More on this link
