I am getting used to the narrow step, but it is fine. the second item is could you be so kind and give me an idea when the armor lite skid plate will ship. the comments from my friends have been very positive and i will be trying the rockslides out at Christmas time down in AZ.

Just ordered these from @Northridge4x4, they will be replacing the Mopar Performance Extended Rock Rails.

Update for my order, I received damaged rails.

In working with Northridge, they stated that LOD determined the rails were not damaged and the marks were scuffs from the box which is not the case. The dents are on the outside edge of both rails and is very noticeable although small.

After providing more photos to Northridge, they replied that LOD agreed that the there are small dents in the rails and would replace the rails. Northridge sent FedEx to pick up the rails last Friday and much to my dismay I received the old rails back today without any communication or understanding of why. I was not provided a tracking number for the replacement rails after requesting the shipping information a few times from Northridge.

**Updating my post**

Chris from LOD reached out and apologized for the confusion and that I received the rails damaged even though I ordered them from Northridge. In talking with Chris it became clear there has been miscommunication with what I was being told from Northridge and their (Northridge's) communication with LOD.

Chris is even going above and beyond with shipping me out a replacement set directly in an effort to get me a set of rails that I am able to install before I leave for my trip out of town this weekend.

To say that LOD/Chris stepped up and is providing great customer service even though the situation was out of their hands which is rare in today's society.

Northridge is sending out another call tag to pick up the damaged rails, not overly happy with their response with all of the issues and lack of trying to get an issue handled quickly. Their communication was not very clear in that they were stating that LOD would be handling the issue when it should have been Northridge, causing additional confusion and delays.

Received the new rails from LOD today, really fast shipping!! Installed them this evening, look great, and will help the other half with getting in and out of the Gladiator better.

My guess is that these rails are more a side step then actual rock rails if they dented that easily.

We do offer a steel skid plate for the bottom surface because they are aluminum. But what makes you think they dent easily? You cant imagine the damage that has occured to our steel bumpers during shipping! Even our steel Signature Sliders have arrived with dents in the main tube due to shipping.
