I think that would look really good considering you have the black wheel flares. I’d also do the tailgate strip as well to finish it off.

I am about to place an order for a JTR in Hydro blue. I'm torn between the AEV Pintler wheels and the Method 704 in black or titanium. I can't tell from the website, what is the difference in color for the black and onxy AEV wheels? I'm having trouble finding pictures of this setup, does anyone know of any? Any feedback on either of these wheels? I'm planning to go to a 35x12.5 tire but no lift.

Also, Any thoughts on the body color roof/fenders? I don't know why, but I'm agonizing over this decision. I'm really learning towards painted roof and black fenders but I don't like the look of the black fenders from the profile shots.

Onyx is a really dark gunmetal grey; black is...well...black. The black also has a matte finish while the onyx is more polished.

Both would look great on Hydro Blue, but I would think the matte black would be easier to touch up if they get scratched up on the trail.

If you don’t wheel a lot, it comes down to personal preference. However, if you do wheel a lot, it comes down to personal preference. ;)

It's killing me! I've built houses and cars before but so many choices here! At least tires are easy... I work for Goodyear so I get to swap the OE ones with 35" duratracs. I'm leaning towards to the Pintlers in Onxy to give a bit of contrast.. I really like bronze on blue but my wife keeps reminding me I'm not a teenager anymore..
