Invoice ? What are the prices labeled HB, FFP and EP?

that is the invoice. they just covered up everything to the right of the prices that you can see... all of the "costs" are directly to the right of the item prices you see and the invoice would be directly to the right of the "total cost" that you can see now. just ask them to send the "whole invoice", or you will go somewhere else to buy your jeep.

the invoice on that Jeep should be $45,933. give or take a couple dollars, Hold back is 3% of invoice. hope this helps?!

Mine was 54 and change msrp. Invoice was 51346. Hold back is their money from that particular vin. Each one is slightly different dependent on vin is my understanding. Oops, my 51346 was 1% under invoice which is a shipper discount or affiliate basically.

From my understanding:

HB = Holdback what the dealer will make from FCA when they sell a vehicle. Plus, any profit above the FWP/Invoice price.
EP = Employee Pricing and it is a set vehicle price for corporate FCA employees.
FFP = Friends and Family Plan; you can get a "buddy" discount from knowing someone who works for FCA.

Invoice, taxes , payments - how I'm tired of it! There are so many problems and misunderstandings with them. My dream is to get into a world with a simple and transparent tax system , or better yet, without taxes at all.
