Driver's Rear TPMS not detected

I got a set of Rubicon wheels and tires and had TPMS sensors installed in them and now the driver's rear sensor isn't being detected. I switched the two rear tires and it is still not detected only in that one position. I had driven for about 40 minutes after initial install and after swapping the rear tires but no luck. Any thoughts on a cause or has anyone run into something similar?

Take them back and have them checked, it could be a defective sensor.

He already swapped wheels, so the problem isn’t the sensor in the wheel.

Do you still have your original wheels & sensors?

They should sync up in minutes or less. I bought a set of MOPAR genuine sensors from a forum sponsor/member here, put them in Rubicon take-off tires and wheels, put them on the truck and by the time I backed the truck out, it was reading the new sensors. When I had the dealer swap back on my originals for summer driving, again, by the time I got in the truck and started moving, it was reading those tires. Takes only a few minutes.

Did you buy MOPAR sensors or something cheap online, or did the tire shop install them?
Batteries are going to last at least 4-6 years in most cases, I think my neighbor said it was something like 6 years. (he's got the originals in their little SUV and they still work after 5 years) RARE is a sensor that needs a battery after only a couple of years. Just rare.

I still have the oem original batteries in my 2012 charger it only has 9,000 miles
