I am sorry to hear that. We are working to avoid future trouble QC-wise, and hopefully, we can re-earn your trust in the future. Unfortunately, global material shortages are impacting manufacturing around the world and are out of our control -- though we understand extended wait times are not ideal.

That said, can you please PM us your order number so we can quickly assist with the cancelation of the correct order?

You should allow Oracle Lighting a few days to recover from Hurricane Ida.

I had no clue they were affected by the hurricane, first time ordering from them n had no idea where they’re located.I just knew they had production delays prior to the hurricane. I hope they are well??

yup I think so too, they were already delayed with the production prior to this. What matters now is that they can recover and that everyone is well over there.

As some of you mentioned, we have been affected by Hurricane Ida hitting our New Orleans-area office. We are incredibly grateful that our staff is safe and our facility was not damaged. The situation is still uncertain as most of the metro area is without power; however, we are here to help as best we can.
