So while my gladiator is chilling at the dealer for a PCM some adventurous late night mechanic decided to give me a performance exhaust.

Yep cat stolen out of the dealer service yard.
Ugh

Anyone else dealt with this? Anything jeep cares can so? The dealer has had my truck longer than I have at the moment.

I hesitated to "like" this cause I don't. Sucks to be you. But, I will like it if Jeep takes care of you...let us know, please.

I'll be happy to. It's a 10k mile certified pre-owned that I've only had in my possession for 2 weeks. Now it's down till at least 1/20.

Man, that really sucks. I would think that it's the dealerships responsibility since it was in their possession. The cats seem to be up in the engine bay which I was hoping it would make it more difficult to get to from below.

Agree - it's not a Jeep problem and JeepCares is more a liaison for warranty and repair than anything else.
SOME dealers clearly state "not responsible........." but - sometimes just saying they aren't doesn't absolve them of responsibility.
It's also possible that if YOUR insurance covers it they'll try to recover from the dealer's insurance. Things like this MAY vary from state to state.
In any case, start with your dealer............. it's theft in any case, not warranty. Not a Jeep issue or problem. (and the dealership is not Jeep)

And they can’t help him as a second owner unless it’s included in the CPO program or it was purchased by the second owner. Regardless, that’s an insurance claim, not a warranty claim.

It’s in their possession… imo… it should be fixed.

As Shadowpapa stated, the fine print on most work orders will absolve the dealership of vandalism on their property, not right but very common shucking of responsibility while in their possession.
Owners insurance and with your deductible coming out of your own pocket.
Shitty.
