Been having a blast with my Jeep the past 30 days from running trails in Ocala Nat'l Forest, to Jeep Beach to unnamed parts in Southwest Orange County while achieving lots of firsts:

First Jeep Beach
First time stuck
First self recovery
First recovery other vehicles
First time completely nekkid
First drag race (392 Wrangler)
First time almost flooding the inside of my Jeep (missed it by that much)

And some critters thrown in for good mix!
This ol girl never disappoints.

With that being said your rear axle vent is at the bottom side of the bed above the axle. Your t-case is about 2 inches above the case. If you have a failure due to water intrusion don’t bet your warranty will cover it. It’s ALWAYS good practice to check after playing in the water. Better than having to wait 6 mos for a repair you will have to pay for because you simply didn’t check.
