I would offer you $400 for the regular top and would meet in Dalghren, VA are by the 301 bridge into Maryland. There are Premium Twill Tops that come up for sale for $900 - $1,000. Let me know if you're interested.

All I will say is good luck on the search cause no twill top is under $1400ish and honestly your offer is insulting.
