Thought I'd post this for reference to others. I looked around some of the Gladiator Forums to find out just how big of a tire I could put on a stock Sport S. I found that most options for increase in tire size would be limited by the front and many talked about the leveling kits to alleviate some of that. I installed the Teraflex 1' to 1-1/2 " leveling kit using the 1-1/2" stack. The Teraflex install took less than 2 hours with general tools in the driveway. I then installed the 295/75R17s (34x12). There are no clearance issues and they seem to fill in the fender openings nicely.

I have my teraflex kit sitting on the shelf waiting to go in, about how high did you raise it on jack stands to give you the travel you needed on the axle to get the springs out ? I put Rubicon wheels and 33's BFG AT on my Willys. But then the Florida heat came on and I went into a/c hibernation. The 34 set up looks great on yours nice job.

I put the rear wheels up on ramps then used 17" jack stands under the front area of the frame. Took about 40-45mins for the right side and then about 30mins for the left side.

Thanks, considering the heat index and humuggity it may wait until October or November now, but I have everything I need to do it with.

Looks great! I go back and forth all the time on if I'll go with 295/70/17, 285/75/17, or 35x11.5x17s for my next tires. I'm looking to stay with stock wheels though so maybe a little different story, but I have a rubi suspension on my sport so if I add the level, I think I can fit any of them without issue
