I’m tweaking my bump stops but here you go.

I have a Overland and the wife wanted to name it Maximus and our small camper Minimus. Figured I’d go along with it since spending the money on the recent lift. Little did I know that Hennessy uses that name for their $225k Gladiator. I’m not changing it either but definitely not trying to pose.
I just swapped the front springs with their diesel 4.5” springs. I’m getting good as it only took me an hour to complete it.
Now my fenders sit level with both front and rear being at 44 1/2” tall. We go camping Monday and I’ll inflate the rear airbags and hope we stay level. We have a small...
I am using Fox 2.0 shocks that are for the 3.5-4” lift. This is what they recommended. The ride is better than when the factory setup.
I contacted Evo and they have shipped me their diesel 4.5” front springs. I didn’t want to have to use spacers to get the height that I want so a taller spring...
I’m running Toyo RT 37’s on Warn Moonsault wheels but have a Patagonia 37” AT tire mounted on my steel wheel for the spare. Tire was cheaper that the RT’s by $100 plus another $260 had I bought a matching wheel.
I agree that a 2.5” is too small and the 6.5” is too tall.
I’ll add that I just installed the 2.5” Evo lift on my diesel Overland. I added a 3/4” rear spacer liked how it sits. I was quite surprised how low the diesel springs sat up front with my Mopar steel bumper and winch. I then swapped to...
Did you get your 4 1/2” springs installed? I tried both the gas and diesel 2 1/2” springs and still have 1 1/2” rake even using the front 1 1/2” spacers. EVO is sending me their front diesel 4 1/2” springs to help.
I appreciate the reply. You are correct with the rear being higher. I’m just wondering if it’s too high. These are my measurements to the fender from the ground.
Evo 2 1/2” Gas springs with 1 1/2” spacer in front, 3/4” in rear with 37” tires
Front 43”
Rear 44 1/4”

Last week I installed the rear portion of the EVO 2 1/2” lift. The front springs arrived today. I actually received both the diesel and gas version.
When I did the rear install I added a 3/4” spacer due to concerns of rubbing my 37’s on non Rubicon fenders. I am happy with the look.
Today I...
Tires mounted and I love it. Probably going to need some steps now for the wife. My rear non Rubicon fenders are sitting at 45 1/4” Can’t wait to get the front installed
I’ve had my JT for almost three months now and have already installed over $8k in parts. I’m thinking about adding coverage for the parts on my insurance policy. It doesn’t take a lot to total out a vehicle and I’d hate to loose out on my modifications.
Has anyone lose done this?
Installed a EVO 2 1/2” lift which actually was 3 1/4”. New Fox 2.0 shocks, adjustable track bars and tomorrow 37” Toyo RT on Warn Moonsault wheels!
