I initially thought it was a shortage of badges but went again in May with a group and they received theirs a couple of weeks ago. I rode a different trail two weeks ago and that badge arrived yesterday.
I leave again next week for a five week trip to Moab, Colorado, Texas, Arkansas and...
I think there is an issue with my badges that I earned in March. Everyone in my group that rode in May received theirs and mine still show requested. I’m thinking because I earned the same badges on another Jeep, they aren’t sending them again. Emails have gone unanswered.
You tell me how is he going to have his axles centered and caster adjusted with the stock control arms and track bars?
I agree that caster will be reduced and the axles off center. None of his effects tow but hey, spend your money on an alignment before correcting the issues.
To the OP, I’d...
No need for a alignment if you only installed the springs and shocks. An alignment can only adjust tow and center the steering wheel. You can easily correct the steering wheel yourself.
Now if your Jeep pulls to one side, the alignment was already off prior to the lift.
That makes sense especially since just about everything is. I was only concerned since so far the only badges that have been effected are the ones I did with my previous Jeep.
I’m probably just going to have one custom made. This model would work but I’d prefer it to be about 44” in length.

It’s about 17 1/4” from what I just measured. I’d recommend talking to someone about that tank to get an exact measurement to the top of the fuel cap. Some don’t include that into their height.
The fill line appears to be a 1 1/2” OD. RDS makes a kit to support that.
That fuel tank is going to sit higher than the bed rails. Are you okay with this?
I’ve emailed the Badge of Honor guys but haven’t received a response.
I realize that the program is VIN specific when setting up an account. My question is this.
I had earned ten badges on a 2020 JLU already. That was traded in for a 2021 Gladiator. I setup a new account for it and have...
Take a close look at the bottom end of your springs. I’m betting that either it or the top isolator isn’t seated correctly. Also ensure that they used both spacers on each side to make it 1 1/2”.
Yesterday was my first long road trip since installing the 4” lift and 37’s. Cruise set at 70 mph from Florida to Indiana. Hand calculated was 23.5 mpgs. I’m pretty happy with this.
Still running the 3.73’s. So far the diesel seems happy. If I could get a set of 4:11 take offs I’d probably regear and add lockers but it isn’t needed IMO.

I was using the Mopar HD sliders with step until yesterday. I managed fine but my wife wasn’t happy about it. Yesterday I swapped them for the RC steps which makes it a lot easier.
So today a stock Mohave parked next to me. They sit higher from the factory than the Rubicon. This puts my lift into perspective. Take note that I don’t have high line fenders too
I don’t have any rubbing when driving but the front rear portion of the tire was up against the fender when flexed. I’m hoping the change in bump stops / extensions correct this.
As for the airbags, I had a spare set of 1 1/2” bump stop extensions laying around and decided to bolt the, inside of the rear coils at the bottom for the bags to sit on. This helped with the height of the bags since I have higher springs. I tow a small Rpod camper and played with the air...
The rear bump stops are good. Their was about 1/2” gap in the front along with the tire rubbing. You will also notice that my coils were pretty maxed at compression. I’m currently using a 2 1/2” bump stop extension but will swap them for 3” plus the upper stops will get swapped with Teraflex...
