I finally removed my 50" bar this weekend after many attempts to silence it, including the latest addition of the aerolidz cover. It cut down the noise a bit, but was still present.
I've come to the conclusion its impossible to quiet a light bar on top of the jeeps steep and flat windshield.
Did you put a bar under the bed to support the l track to "sandwich" the bed?
I was thinking about giving the motocinch a go, just hoping its adjustable low enough for my 500EXC with 17" sumo tires.
I'm thinking of putting L track rails, 2 along the bottom of the bed within the ribs. Should make tying down crap easier in the bed, rather than a spider web between the trail rails. Now, if I could just find some...
Are any of you experiencing rattles in your dash? I've been working on the wind noises like the above post, but now my dash rattle noise has become more noticeable. Sounds like its above the radio somewhere...
I tried the roof option, but way too noisy. Not so much wind noise, but the bar spanning the "floating" freedom panels would make the seals squeak nonstop.
Fits my 184 long skiis without issue.
Old/noisy setup for reference:
Let me know how that bezel works out, I considered that option as well, but wasnt sure how much it actually covered.
These days my tailgate is covered in snow anyways so it doesn't bother me much. Once spring hits I'll have to find a way to clean up my camera wrap job.
I wrapped my bezel with leftover vinyl, not the easiest. I was hoping to be able to separate the camera from the bezel and paint it, but it appears the camera body is some sort of rivet holding it to the bezel. I didn't want to push my luck at risk of breaking something and not being able to get...
I hit remote start from my warm hotel room and fired right up!
Everything worked great on the cold drive, thank god I got the heated seats & wheel! HVAC kept up great with the defrosting and heating, I was wearing a tshirt inside.
One thing I noticed is the floor got pretty damn cold, my feet...
Knifeless tape down before the vinyl was the key. Lots of opposing curves on the section around the taillights. I'd be lying if I said that part was easy!
Wrapped the rear end, not easy in freezing temps!
Now looking at rear bumpers, was looking at the Rugged Ridge HD, unfortunately you have to remove the OEM sliders. The Fab Fours is catching my eye, but not the price tag ?
Winter is here, cover your gear!
Includes all required mounting hardware.
In great condition with no tears, marks or scuffs.

@cbushek I have a CCR protrack chock from my last truck, but I didn't see the need for it for the gladiator bed as the spray in bedliner adds enough friction to keep the tire straight. Also, the tire chock pushes the bike back even further which I saw as a drawback.
I run my straps from the...
Bak tonneau covers have channels to put in Yakima landing pad 1's.
Theres also the elevate rails that supposedly work with covers, not with the OEM soft cover though.
You might be OK, Bak's website says 5 day delay currently. Being in Canada has delays usually, but not this long....
I'm not sure if I'm frustrated with Bak or 4WP to be honest.
Is anyone else waiting on their Revolver X4 to arrive? ?
Just passed 17 weeks since ordering, I understand their production stopped due to Covid for a time, but this is getting a little rediculous.
