Your best bet is to contact Certified Labs through their website contact us for a local rep. They typically only sell direct to business/farms/etc. but usually have someone covering your local area ( last I knew they only have 2 countries in the world they won’t ship to—-N Korea and Iran). If...
  2. Get a duck yet?

Mid-November was first one. Had to do some research to figure it out. Just knew there had been another Gladiator parked by mine outside small cage and then it was gone while I paid my tab. Now my 10 year old daughter and I duck Jeeps off all kinds and ages after ordering 50 off Amazon with...

I too add an additive every tank of fuel. There’s reasons to with the new ā€œdryā€ fuel that the EPA ushered in, and even though I live in a cold climate, pour Point suppressant is far down the list. 1. Strong lubricity (sp?) package to counter-act the current dry fuel. Nobody likes a ā€œknockingā€...
  4. Service DEF system see dealer warning message

So I know this is getting down the rabbit hole a little bit, but I love my eco diesel and if snow is going to be a problem repeatedly, I am totally willing to put a snorkel system on. Based on a massive amount of research (at least 30 minutes of googling) I can only find 1 vendor that has them...
  5. Service DEF system see dealer warning message

I have seen where DEF is meant to freeze and doesn’t seperate when it does/thaws out. As it is a plastic reservoir, 3/4 full in winter to allow for physical expansion of water in solution a good idea. Having less to hear/thaw out is genius now that I’ve read the post above…. Makes perfect sense!
  6. Cell phone holder?

Bullet point dash mounted…. No screwing around and rock solid build quality. Worth every penny.
  7. Newbie Needs “Used” Tire Pricing Advice

Hello, I need some advice from the more seasoned Jeepers here on what I should realistically ask for a used set of BFG tires I swapped out on my Willys last month. My ā€˜21 Willys Eco Diesel came from the factory with BFG KM2 tires, which were great, until it snowed…. Which it does for several...
  8. Auto-Started by itself.

Is it potentially related to ambient temp? Coming from a cold climate I know many remote starters are able to be set to start if temps drop to (your) preset temp. My ā€˜21 key fob doesn’t seem to have that ability on my eco diesel…but if it did I’d sure use it as local temps are below zero for...
  9. NACHO Gladiator club

Looks a lot like my drive home day after Christmas in ND?, they closed Interstate 30 minutes behind me, the Nacho eco diesel in 4HI passed by many a full size 4x4 in the ditch or median?. If I didn’t have wife and kids with I’d have stopped to drag them back up into the road?.
  10. Service DEF system see dealer warning message

Here is the official print out of what they said/did. Still trying to figure out intake for air box, I’ll ask tomorrow as I have to take a company Ram van in for servicing at same dealership. I hear you on the no start being life threatening…. Not going to mess around with this issue as I’d be...
  11. Service DEF system see dealer warning message

So follow up: 1. The dealership finally got my rig into the shop last Thursday after a call to Jeep Wave (thanks Ron!!)… 2. Mechanic told me message popped up due to snow in the air intake, that they cleaned it out and cleared code and drive it for a bit and all was good… My concerns are...
  12. Gladiator snow performance - what problems?

I simply swapped out the OEM BFG M/T KM2’s I’m my Willys eco diesel for Falken Wildpeak AT3’s and I have now blown thru 2 different blizzards with wild abandon and glee. In 4HI the Gladiator is a mountain goat on the crappiest roads I can find. If thru actual snow and not compacted snow/ice...
  13. Would you buy the diesel if no local dealers were familiar with them?

Biggest issue immediately would be no diesel pumps?. Has the dealership told you that they have no mechanics on staff familiar with diesels, or is it a salesperson who knows they’re hard to source telling you to stay away? As a former car salesman for a short time, I can tell you that the sales...
  14. Would you buy the diesel if no local dealers were familiar with them?

If your dealer is a Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge dealer, their mechanics are doing plenty of work on diesels via the Dodge vehicles. My local Jeep dealer didn’t have any diesel powered Gladiators in stock when I was test driving and sells few of them…. But has 3 diesel mechanics on staff it turns out...
  15. Service DEF system see dealer warning message

Thanks for info! As of this post they haven’t even looked at my Gladiator…and the ā€œhigh for the dayā€ was -4. It’s gotten colder every day and I’m getting a little more steamed, but that’sa different story. What What all are you using to get DEF info? All I get in dash is how full DEF tank is...
  16. Service DEF system see dealer warning message

Has replacing pump/tank/heater worked permanently for anyone here? I joined this club yesterday while driving my family home through blizzard conditions and got the 200 miles warning 179 miles from home. Not super impressed that my $60k battle wagon was threatening to leave us stranded in...
  17. 2022 rubicon order decision .. gas or diesel ?

Bought my ā€˜21 eco diesel Willys this summer after taking both gas and diesel out for test drives back to back in same exact route. Drove gas first, then diesel…. Both Willys to keep it fair. The effortless get up and go along with the purr of that 3.0 was a night and day difference. I couldn’t...
  18. Just Because It’s Mostly True

Husband: My wife is missing. She went to rescue people from the flood yesterday and has not come home... Sergeant at Police Station: What is her height? Husband: Gee, I'm not sure. A little over five-feet tall. Sergeant: Weight? Husband: Don't know. Not slim, not really fat. Sergeant: Color of...
  19. Did you get an EXTENDED WARRANTY , what are the TERMS and what did you PAY ?

Years back my wife and I started only looking at Certified used vehicles and adding the extended warranties through the manufacture at super reasonable rates. 1. We drive a lot of miles running after kids and trips for family events. 2. Almost everything now we buy is turbo charged, or like...
