  1. EVO MFG sway bar end links

Last night I excitedly installed some EVO HD front and rear sway bar end links. These replaced the AEV ones that came with my lift that were trashed after a year. The EVO's are awesome and well built. They come with spacers to allow the helm joints to pivot instead of sitting flush up against...
  2. What's this green light?

@spatters Could be a tracker. Most car rental places, and some dealers will put those on rented/leased cars and forget to take them off before they’re sold. At any rate, I’d try to take it off the mount and see if there is any wording, print or model number you can google. That’ll be the...
  3. Thor Total Control air compressor

I haven’t used that compressor, but I have bought a few components from Thors to use on my compressor and have been very pleased both in quality and customer service the time I called. If it were me I’d get the Thors and use the money saved for a 2 or 4 tire hose kit from them. When the hose kit...
  4. What's this green light?

That looks aftermarket, it could be a number of things. Can you take a picture of what the light is attached to? There should be a small module there that the green light is coming from.
  5. AEV 2.5" DualSport on Rubicon Diesel

Has anyone with this lift swapped out the sway bar links that come with it? The rubber boots on mine are already looking pretty bad. Turns out thats a gripe I see on here from many with the AEV lifts. I really like the synergy adjustable sway bar links, but I don't think I need the quick...
  6. AEV 2.5" DualSport on Rubicon Diesel

I finally got 35’s put on about a month ago. Couldn’t be happier. Went with the 35x10 essentially, (255-85 R17) Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T. Great on road and even better off road!
  7. Lifted PSA: check front brake lines

I noticed the same thing happening on mine today. Found this thread as I was getting ready to post my own. I have the AEV rt kit. After install it wasn’t an issue. Been doing some heavy off roading lately and I’m wondering if flexing out to near full extension has caused them to bend in for...
  8. Ecodiesel Delete tunes

@staying_tuned wow that’s not bad at all, and about half what I was imagining. Thanks for the info! I’m still in my warranty but I’m gonna plan to have things ready for the DAY it ends!
  9. Ecodiesel Delete tunes

@staying_tuned is there an estimated total cost for the whole delete / swap over? I’m so sick of putting def in this thing and knowing it’s not operating at it’s full potential. And I hate the fake diesel exhaust smell, but the minutia of the process seems daunting to me, as this is my first...
  10. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Finally installed 35’s to help fill the wheel wells, and then recalibrated my speedometer. Wrestling these E1 rated tires onto my new wheels was tough, but worth every drop of sweat! Only broke one tpms ready valve stem… good thing they’re so cheap :like:
  11. Gladiators on 35s builds photos please!

Stock wheels and rims with the lift before: AfterAEV RT lift with Mickey Thompson Baja Boss a/t 255/85-17 on Method 704s:
  12. Help with unidentified securing object (bolt) found

Identified! Unsurprisingly, my wife out did us all and found the hole. It goes to the grab handle underneath the rear middle seat! The other side was loose too, so much for the locktite. Thanks for everyone’s suggestions!
  13. Help with unidentified securing object (bolt) found

not that new, we bought it new March of ā€˜22. I’m the only one that works on it! Ha! and I hadn’t done anything, we’ve never taken the whole roof off, only the front two panels. It was found right at the end of 3k mile road trip. It seems like a long bolt to have wiggled out on its own, but we...
  14. Help with unidentified securing object (bolt) found

checked there, they are similar but smaller.
  15. Help with unidentified securing object (bolt) found

I checked there and none are missing, and they are different anyway. It seems very close in size the the bolts that are underneath the door handles. But I’m not missing any of those either.
  16. Help with unidentified securing object (bolt) found

My two year old found a bolt and turned it in to me. His seat is on the passenger side, and he supposedly found it on the floor board. I’m convinced it belongs to the truck, if not only because of the torx head. Does anyone recognize this? I have looked around from the ceiling to the floor and...
  17. The last Gladiator Tailgate Badge You Will Ever Need!

can you tell me where you got these? I found on, it the weird thing is that the photo on their website is definitely your truck, with the tailgate photo shopped to show the different color options. its making me hesitant to trust the site… Check it...
  18. Disable honking when stepping out while engine is running

I asked my dealer if there was a way to disable this horrible feature. My only dislike of the truck. He told me to pull the fuse for the horn. But then I’d lose my horn function all together. But makes me wonder, is there a wire that goes to that fuse that is specific to the sensor? If I could...
  19. Hood Design Flaw Causing Windshield Cracks?

Alright I’m going to put on my tin foil hat here. I have a sport s, so no hood bump like the Mojave or rubicon. At the beginning of the year we got a crack that looked exactly like the OP’s. We thought, ā€œoh well, almost made it a full year on our factory windshield, that’s pretty good!ā€...
  20. AEV 2.5" DualSport on Rubicon Diesel

Here is my Sport S Diesel with the lift on 33’s. I think the picture does it justice, but I want to be clear I really don’t like how it looks with tires this small. My original plan was to keep these until the tread wore out. I’m throwing that plan out the window, I can’t take it anymore!
