Mine hasn't disappeared since winter finally ended and I'm not remote starting near as often. I'm not saying that's the cause, but it seems a coincidence. But I also had my gauge cluster replaced because the glass was delaminating. Perhaps I'm on to nothing at all.
Anyone else have a gauge cluster looking like this? The sun is finally shining in the northeast and I was parked just right to notice it. It’s either delamination or some sort of bloom occurring. Reminds me of EOTech holographic sights. 2025 Mojave for reference. It’s very much on the interior...
I've done this twice in the past two months. Has fixed it every time at least in my 2025.
Weird how this is thing I've had happen more than once in my 2025 but not once in the 50k miles I put on my 2021. Thank you kindly for the fix.
I noticed it happening once I got into remote start...
This. My 2021 JL didn't do it, but I can't find a place to turn it off in the 2025 JT. It'd be one thing if it was just some sort of beeper that made the noise, but nope, full on horn blasts.
I watched that as a child and it wasn't until recently that I found out G.I. Joe's last name is my first name. Totally should have been my entire personality as a child.
My '25 Mojave is behaving this way also with remote starts. Ice cold air with a lot more fan than it would use otherwise. My '21 JLUR did not behave this way at all. I thought it was just because the little turbo engine heated up so much faster, but nope seems like a fun new feature.
I'm...
Nothing. It's just going to be the same experience you're getting wirelessly, now with a wire instead.
I use CarPlay and charge off the center console's hidden port when needed (I just don't like a cable hanging out of my dashboard now that I have wireless carplay even though that is the...
No CarPlay, no buy. GM was already incredibly low in consideration, now it's in the never category.
Off topic -- Yesterday, while using CarPlay I got a pop up on my screen telling me to try SiriusXM. That's a sure way to get me to never subscribe. I think since purchasing the vehicle we've used...
I love having an LJ, but I'd avoid buying anything 03-06 unless it's an LJ or a Rubicon, which weren't a thing with the older TJ. The seats are worse than the 97-02, PCM issues, transmission issues, etc. HOWEVER, like everything Jeep, it's all well documented and there's really no surprises. But...
Cam position sensor twice, crank position sensor once. These could have been the ever bandied about "trail fix" if you had replacements with you.
The worst was the entire computer crapped the bed. WranglerFix to the rescue. It's a very common failure from that generation of TJ and if it wasn't...
This makes me think of B-29 Stratofortress engines that were turbo on top of supercharged (I think they were, if not they only had turbos), and had an exhaust gas turbine on the crankshaft itself. Or as I was told at a museum, "they built a jet engine, but forgot to take the pistons out".
