I had a CJ5 in High school and that was a true Jeep. As much as I loved that thing I am lucky my dad sold it cause I would probably died in that death trap. I have had several 4 wheel drives in the interim but I finally bought another Jeep in 2014 when I bought a Wrangler Unlimited. A lot of...
I would love to know what those snaps are for. They look like the Wrangler loops used to hold the window on my JK. But...the JT back window does not roleup at all. The top, side and bottom are all too stiff to allow you to roll it up.
I just lay it on the floor of the back. I am not putting...
I love this thing. Nice to have the right size ball or multiple trailers.

I have never felt like my Gladiator had a steering issue but it is different than my 2014 Wrangler Unlimited. The Wrangler is tighter than the Gladiator and seems to have less power assist. None of the Jeeps compare to the tight steering on my Miata, Mazda5 or MiniVan. My son's 2011 Ford...
Coverking $428 shipped for Neoprene seat covers front and back.
I have had neoprene seat covers on my Wrangle since it was new and they still look great after 7 years. I also have a set on my Miata. They are tough and waterproof. Neoprene is the material they make wetsuits out of and it will...
The adaptive cruise has a follow distance adjustment and I do keep it short in traffic. You do need to make a attitude adjustment with adaptive cruise and just chill a bit. If you are going to be an aggressive passer in traffic it is probably not worth using. The part I don't like is in stop...
I am not really sure why this would be an either or situation. But I would rather have the active safety if I had to choose. Mine has Active Safety and Adaptive Cruise and I really like both. I did not get the Bed Management and at first I wish I had it but over time there has been less...
We have always called the Wrangler "The Jeep" which makes it confusing to refer to the Gladiator as a Jeep. It is just "The Gladiator". It is more than just a Truck.
Thanks to whoever I stole this bike carrier idea from. The bikes are easy to load and stay in place while the packing blanket protects the tailgate paint. Works perfectly.
It is 7" from the base of the door opening to the top of the step. 23" from that same location to the ground. So what ever your height to the same location minus 7 should get you the step height on yours. (Pic for reference)
I have the Rough Country Nerf Bar Hoop Steps. They are on a Gladiator Sport S with Rubicon Take off Wheels\Tires. The top of the step sits at 16" off the ground. I find it very easy to get in and out of the drivers seat. Installed easy and feel solid and well constructed.
I was pretty set on the Gladiator when it came out but waited until the price came down. I decided to drive everything anyway just to be sure about my decision. I was impressed by the Colorado ZR2 more than anything else but at the end of the day it was not a convertible. The Tacoma was like...
Is there another state where an exit number is a common way for people know where you live. Here in NC we have I-95 going North\South and I-40 going East\West but exit number are not really used. Town and City names are needed.
Personally I spit NJ into 3 sections. NewYork NJ, Philadelphia...
I have never been able to figure out how I would use a step like that. I want something that will help me when the tailgate is down.

On my Wrangler I have neoprene seat covers. Neoprene will protect your underlying seats and drys pretty quickly but does absorb some moisture so your pants will be wet if you don't wait long enough. I also removed all the carpets and coated the interior floors with bead liner. This formula...
For me the Gladiator is a jack of all trades and that is why I got it. It is mostly going to be used as a truck to haul utility trailer, boat or throw firewood in the bed or haul sheetrock and lumber. Top down driving. It will also make a lot of trips to Costco etc. but I will not commute in...
Updating with my experience with the Thule Xsporter Pro.
I bought I set of these off Craigslist and they installed with the standard clamps without issue as indicated elsewhere in this thread.
My Gladiator did not come with the Bed rails from the factory but I purchased the BuiltRight "Jeep...
