Wasn't being used as a dozer, it was more of a backing down a bit too far to reposition the rear end and front tire fell back off the ledge, landing on tie-rod.
I was going to leave out the fact my wife was driving, but I was spotting. :D

Bingo, but we already had factory tie-rod taco on top of the world trail when her rig was about 8 days old... Running synergy tie-rod/drag link on hers now.

We ran stock springs/shocks (with spacers and extensions) on my wife's JKUR, wore down OEM tires, went flat fender, stuck on 35s till ~100k miles. At that mark, after OEM stuff was worn down, moved to Rock Krawler X-factor kit and now it is even more capable. While we're not running pritchett...
I'm running bestop roll-up tonneau and just put on the amazon special bed rails about a half hour ago. The clamps go into the c channel and everything still looks like it'll work like a champ.
Jim
But I still trust my buddy and don't desire to put a garbage engine into my Gladiator. $.02
If I went for a different engine, I'd just stab a HEMI in there.
I have no doubt there are those people out there, this guy isn't one of them, I promise. He's a pretty hard-core wheeler, have known him for over 20 years.
Jim
Non-trail/mild-trail use, I'd use MOOG, it's good stuff but it'll likely bend/fail on trail. Trail use I'd go with something like Clayton, GenRight, Rock Krawler, Synergy or your other favorite off-road brand. $.02

I've always felt steering damper covers up true cause of death wobble. Most of the times I've found culprit, it's been track bar bushing that has worn or isn't tight enough. There's an awful lot of components in a live axle front end that all have components that wear out. Have someone cycle...
I just put on the 1.5" Teraflex kit, brought up front dead level with rear. I did adjust tie-rod and drag link afterwards, but I don't think it was even set right from factory either. Since then, I've added Firestone bags in the rear and with those set at 5psi the rear doesn't raise. Rides...
Yep, RV is rated at 21k towing, 3" receiver, run a 20' tilt aluminum flatbed for whatever toy we're bring along with us. Flatbed was in trailer parking, wouldn't fit in the spot, we're 65' total length during travel. That was us with a couple buddies last year in Moab.

FWIW, I have done my own bedliner, both herculiner and a duplicolor product. You want scuffing of paint, clear to metal isn't a bad thing. I did a bad application the first time I did my Ram back in 2010. I wire-wheel/angle ground the whole bed surface down to metal (hardly any paint left...
Pretty sure cylinders 1&5 are on passenger side on the 3.6. The passenger side is super easy to get to the plugs, just need plug socket and I think a 6" extension. Diagnosis on it should be child's play for the dealership for those cylinders. I could completely understand 1k diagnostics...
Stuck some Firestone coil-rite bags in my JT today. Feels more like a 'truck' now IMO, had a pretty squishy ride before.
Over the past few weeks I've turned off some of the stupid with the tazer, leveled it with 1.5" kit, stuck a CB in it, tonneau cover, bed mat, and added a redarc brake...
FWIW, my 2024 had the left side of the steering wheel lights out, most of the steering wheel buttons would not work, and the heated wheel/seats would light up and then go out a couple seconds later like you describe.
After restarting via battery disconnect, it's been solid. I had the tazer...
I'd disconnect battery for a few mins and then reconnect. Might just needs a fresh boot-up. I would just disconnect negative battery terminal for a few mins and then hook back up. If you have your aux battery still you may need to unbolt the 2 negative cables from one another.
I had some...
