You probably need to adjust it but even then, it''s going to leak like crazy without that weather seal. The seal is there to keep out the water.

I have a loaded Overland without towing package. Max payload is 1060 and max towing is 4910. It’s not an issue now but is there anything I can add to the truck in the future to raise the max towing?
