It is not necessarily the miles that bother me but that I thought that I was negotiating for a 25 mile truck not a 2500 mile truck and that I had to ask 2 or 3 times before he told me the mileage.
It is a good deal for a new vehicle, they are coming in under another dealer in the same town for the same vehicle, but I was under the impression until now that it was new new and probably would have driven up and not have known any better until I got there. I am glad I asked the mileage.
I finally heard back and they said that it has 2500 miles and it sounds like they want to sell it as new, have to send them another email. What do you think would you consider a 2500 mile vehicle new?
Does anyone have or have you seen a Gator colored Gladiator with the tan leather? If you have is the dash still the same grey leather looking stuff or is it tan like the seats?
Thanks
Made it to the local dealer with a Gator in stock. While I am still a little disappointed that it is not the color I hoped it would be I really like it. It is more green in person and not nearly as close to Gobi as it looks on line, at least on my computer. Gator is my color for sure.
I got an email today out of the blue from a dealer I had talked to before so I went to their web site to look at the Gladiators. I sent a message on one that they had listed and in their response, while not actually answering the questions that I had asked, they mentioned that they had another...
That looks very nice, the red really sets it off. Is it a Mopar decal? I think I would like one like yours on the hood and the black stripe across the tailgate that I have seen on here.
That is what the internet is for. I bought my last two vehicles on line. I called the sales man on the first one twice I think but on the second I never did even though I offered for the financing or something but never had to. Everything was done through email. I drove up, signed the papers and...
OK I guess you are correct, a couple threads about issues a few people experienced - shops messing up vehicles when they work on them, known transmission issues that affect several Honda/Acura vehicles going back at least 5 years (before the 2gen. Ridgeline was released) not just the Ridgeline...
So there are several things wrong here.
The RL is not and is not billed as an off road vehicle. If you decide to follow your Jeep driving friends down the path in a vehicle not suited to that then that is your problem not the trucks.
The RL is very easily leveled/lifted. Since it is a Unibody...
So are you actually positive this time that this is a scam of some kind (did you "buy" Cindy from one of the sites mentioned) or did you just see this on line and assume since it has not been delivered yet that you have been conned? Is the ad you saw still up, can you post a link to it so we can...
