  1. Rocktrix bull bar

If you look closely it's obviously a steel bumper......notice the visible steel screw heads holding the removable bumper ends on; that's the giveaway, plastic bumper are smooth on top.
  2. Americas Most Wanted 4x4 425 Swap in California

I would avoid that option as they use a truck engine with a locked ECM. When I do my swap I'll use AMW4X4. For about the same price you get an 5.7 SRT engine with a boatload of extras. I'll probably pay extra for the 392 engine. GLADIATOR CONVERSION PACKAGE JT (RUBICON OR NON-RUBICON MODELS)...
  3. Metal shaving in rear transfer case @ 86K mile fluid change

That's what you call a pending failure. Just in time maintenance is better than too late maintenance! :)
  4. Introducing the All-New BAKFlip MX4 EZ-Lift Tonneau Cover

Nice, but I'll keep my OEM tri-fold tonneau cover because the fancy items such as the "torsion springs" are items to go bad after time and heavy use and have to be replaced down the road. As manufacture's make changes in future designs they often quit stocking such replaceable items. As a person...
  5. What if Jeep switched from Wrangler based to Recon?

Hell no....looks too much like the Ford Maverick. :(
  6. If you had to start your build over, what's the first mod you'd grab?

If you order a Mojave X with every option (like mine), you would already have the factory headliner.
  7. Mojave Lift Dilemma

When I did a 4.5" AEV lift on a JKUR I spoke to AEV and was able to swap the Bilstein 5100 series for higher end Bilstein shocks and only pay the difference. The build was done by them at their Wixom Michigan facility and may have played a part in being able to customize my build. Wouldn't hurt...
  8. Mojave X question

To ensure you’re getting the correct springs I would just order from my local dealer. Unfortunately, often times used parts sold online are misrepresented and you may get the wrong springs.
  9. Grill guard recommendations

When this photo popped up…..I almost threw up the coffee I was drinking.
  10. Found another Apocalypse 6x6 build...and it's at a local dealer!

Impractical for the average person plus good luck getting it repaired at your local Jeep dealer or garage for that matter.
  11. Please help!!!!! 3.5" rough country M1R lift. With metal steering system and AEV drop brackets...

Don't forget to check your brake lines (often overlooked) as the length may need to be changed to fit correctly with the lift you end up going with.
  12. Mojave X question

The OP stated in his post that he has a 2025 Mojave X so he already has the X coil springs.
  13. Mohave X front coils fit 2023 Mohave 3.6?

You said: "I’m one of the guys running Max Tow springs with Icon spacer in rear and also have the diff. shock too and am actually running skinner tires then factory and love the setup !…Jack" By diff shock do you mean different shocks, or you put a shock on the rear differential, which I've...
  14. Mohave X front coils fit 2023 Mohave 3.6?

When I bought my 2025 Mojave X, the "X" part was listed as "Customer Preferred Package 24A ($10,000) and lists a ton of extras, nothing related to the suspension....unless because that package includes steel front and rear bumpers (winch ready front), maybe the spring are different for that...
  15. What’s worn out faster than you expected?

I could see blaming the bushings if you had a stock suspension......your list of suspension mods says otherwise????? Quote: UD60 Axles w/ 4.88, 3 inch Diesel Adventure-X "No Limits" Long Arm System, Rebel Off-Road Recon DSS, 6.5 inch Dual King Coilover Lift, AntiRock Rear Swaybar, Motobilt...
  16. Mojave X and Rubicon X

I'm just stating what my window sticker says on my 2025 Mojave X.

  18. Uconnect screen glitching out!

Can your dealer try an update to your entertainment system, might fix the problem.
  19. Mojave X and Rubicon X

The 2025 Mojave X came with the "Command-Trac" Part-Time 4X4 System; I purchased one new in 2025 and it's posted on the Window Sticker as such.
  20. Has anyone else had to replace the main battery negative battery clamp due to corrosion?

While not normally vented, a crack in the case of an AGM battery can cause some off-gassing although at a much smaller amount than a regular lead acid battery.
