If the corrosion returns you might have a slight crack in the top of your battery case, this happened to me and the corrosion kept returning.....it turns out I had to replace the battery due to a slight crack on the top of the battery case (barely visible) that allowed battery vapors to escape...

Those wheels look really nice powder coated that color. The center section appears darker (matte black). Did you remove the center section and only powder coat the wheel itself? Question about powder coating wheels: I've read that you should paint wheels but not powder coat due to the heat...

You've completely blocked your right taillight and backup camera.

Check all your fluid levels to be sure none are low........check often until you are sure you're not losing any kind of fluid.

Don't assume it's the camera and just throw parts at it. Check your connections first, yours seems intermittent which is likely a loose connection, not the camera.
