Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving! Just a super quick Thanksgiving trail video from us to you. Ironically, this trail is Gobblers Knob and we saw several Turkeys out on this trail. We are SOOOOOO thankful for our Gladiator and the adventures it takes us on!! All the Best, Bill
No need for front lockers. Just make sure you wheel with someone who has a Rubicon. :)
Seriously, I have used the front lockers a couple of times. Glad I had them. Do you need em? Who knows. I like having the insurance.
But the one thing I use constantly is the front sway bar...
Ask Mike @ SEMA about this exact same thing with his (previous) company Street Scene. He was constantly battling these issues decades ago. There may be battles won - congrats - but the war continues with a culture that has no concept of intellectual property ownership. Hope you can squeeze a...
I was supposed to be in Moab that week. Luckily for me, my wife broke a bone in her foot a couple weeks earlier, and we postponed. Now....glad we did. I've been in many flash floods, but none quite that bad.....
Rule #1 for flash floods. Just wait 45 minutes and chances are about 80% that...
How did you get it to show up on your rear view mirror? I've got one that Bluetooths to my phone, but I have found that constantly changing my phone from maps, to GoPro, to trail cam, to phone calls is driving me crazy. I'd like a dedicated monitor somewhere in the drivers view....
Meh...I bought my Gladiator to be used as a Jeep. Used the lockers - front and rear - the second time I ever had it out. The better I get driving, I don't need em as much, but I still use em frequently, and am SUPER glad I have em.
Well, those 3 things are constantly used here, and of extreme importance to ME. Maybe not so for the OP - I don't know. But here, the Rubicon made the most sense. Plus, resale will definitely be stronger with a Rubicon.
check to see if your tie rod is rubbing on the inside of your wheel(s). After doing a lift, aftermarket steering upgrade and 35" tires, the new tie rod BARELY rubbed on the inner part of the stock wheel. Sounded horrible, and sounded worse than it was. Getting new wheels with appropriate...
I think so. See my video below. It's arguably one of the most scenic and cool trails in Moab.
Have fun. We just had to cancel our fall Moab trip. Wife broke her leg.... But we'll be back next year for sure.
I TOTALLY get it for lighting up the undercarriage and for repairs, and even to help spotters in the dark or for the bling factor - I just don't get it for the "helping me air up" situation....
Yes!!! Please do. I am now suffering from a herniated disc caused by a freeway rear end 25 years ago that I signed off on way back when. Sometimes these types of spinal cord injuries take years or even decades to emerge. Now, driving my jeep in heavy traffic is painful, and I can't turn my...
Is it just me or is there something I'm just not getting. I don't see how having a bright light BEHIND your tire right in your eyes and throwing a big shadow over the front of the tire helps in airing up/down. Seems counter intuitive. What am I missing....
For sure it's Bitcoin for the win. Despite almost unbelievable stories of early buys when BTC was $1k-30k, we are still in the early stages of it's growth. Political / Financial institution moves have solidified it, and it is going to take off as the USD continues to tank, and the Feds...
