Brings back memories of visiting my Grandparent's house in Schuylkill County. Our chore as kids was to change the ash bin and haul the full ones out to the alley for pick up.
I have a set of these. They are stable at highway speeds. They are about $8 each now though. They fit my needs for the times that I remove my doors at the beach in the Summer. I would suggest trying the scooter mirrors to see if they meet your needs first. If you buy them from a local Auto Zone...
There are a few threads on this top including this one.

I have owned this top since July 2022 and will be putting mine back on in the next couple weeks. I have been happy with it but I also see why others have...
I am not sure what the specific issue was here. I am on my third summer running the Rugged Ridge version of this top(Rugged Ridge and Rampage are both owned by the same parent company). If you have any specific questions you want answered feel free to send me PM. I have been happy with the top...
I have the 2 piece alien sunshade which attaches level with the roll cage and I leave it installed year round under my hardtop. I have some head room at about 6 ft tall.
Maybe the Mopar mesh sunbonnet is what you are looking for.

Glad you got it to work. I was the one that suggested to remove the Freedom panel latch points. Mine would not seal properly along the top of the windshield until I removed them.
With my top I can normally cruise on the highway up to about 75 mph before it starts to get too loud to tolerate...
First, I attach the top window straps loosely then I zip in one side of the window. After the first side is zipped I line up the top of each velcro strip and pull across the top as tight as I can to line up the zipper on the second side.(Still can never get the second side to fully zip closed at...
Did you get the whistle on the passenger front figured out?
I had sealing issues with mine until I removed the plastic freedom panel attachment points and bolted the rugged ridge ones directly to the roll bar. Maybe try that.
I know one other member in another thread had to alter the door...
I have the 2 piece Alien Sunshade. It is tight and does not flap at all in the wind. It is kind of a pain to install with all of the bungees so I just leave it on under both my Rugged Ridge soft top in the summer and when I put the hard top back on for winter.
It makes a little more more work...
This will be my 3rd summer running the Rugged Ridge top. My rear straps are also too long. It was one thing I couldn't figure out, but I just wrapped the excess around the strap coming down and looped it through the velcro closure to secure it. I don't notice it flopping around when I have the...
I'm in MontCo and would wave if I happened to see you in the far right lane on the other side of the highway if I wasn't trying to navigate bumper to bumper rush hour traffic.
I think the Sun Top is the only option available in Tan. I know there are threads about it on here, but I personally didn't like the way it rolled forward.
If they would have offered a tan factory hard top I would have definitely ordered one on my Hydro Blue with a tan interior.
I don't own a Sunrider so I am not sure how it installs or operates.
On my Rugged Ridge top I don't think the instructions said to remove the Freedom top latch, but I could not get a good seal along the top of the windshield until I removed them. Once I removed the freedom top latches the seal...
This thread cracks me up. Do you not think they did any analysis of the vehicles they have sold in the past 3 model years? I get this is an enthusiast forum, but the people posting on here are probably less than 1% of all Gladiator buyers. It sucks, but Stellantis doesn't care what any of us...
I don't have experience with the Spiderweb Shade. I have the Alien Sunshade. I leave it on under my hardtop and also under my Rugged Ridge Voyager soft top in the summer. Have had it for 2 years now and no issues.

I have a set of these. They are stable at highway speeds. They are about $8 each now though. They fit my needs for the times that I remove my doors at the beach in the Summer.
Others are going to suggest Lange mirrors which cost 10 times more. I would suggest trying the scooter mirrors to see if...
Yes you can push the door stop into the door. As stated it is almost impossible to pull out without assistance.
You can put the bolt back in so you know exactly where it is if you want to re engage the door stops.
Instead of a zip tie, if you want to pull out the door stop use the T40 Torx...
My brother in law is retired Air Force and his wife is still active. Thanks for your service and enjoy your new Jeep in good health!
Don't really get the duck thing, but when I get one my son likes to re-gift them to other Jeeps.
